After the 7-day window, we generally do not offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please visit our Contact Page and send us a message with your account email address and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your needs. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Once cancelled, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, such as creating multiple accounts to use the refund policy repeatedly.
